As another week ends, I wanted to share some of the positives happening in the online community. A big thank you to all for sharing your stories and inspiring others along the way.

We first want to say big hello and welcome to our 34 new members this week. We have had roughly 37 new blogs posts and 237 comments which shows the incredible support that is happening online right now.

  • Thank you to Michelle R for reflecting your time in the online network and all the memories you have shared  - Read Michelle's blog post, So many stories
  • A great read from the lovely Belmckenna, who share details of her new job after cancer - Read Bel's blog post, Life after treatment.
  • A big congrats to Robyn on celebrating 2 years post treatment, we are so happy to hear your great news and will continue to be here to support you - Read Robyn's blog post, 2 years :),
  • And RNSW is in need of some advice. How many of you have been in her shoes? - Read RNSW's blog post, In need of some advice .

Take some time out for 'you' this weekend!

I am currently looking out to my backyard, which needs some attention - so I think I will take some time out 'in the garden' - fingers crossed the rain holds off :-)

What are you all up to?

I'll be painting a commission picture of an old timber mill for a local fella. His parents own the mill, and he wants the painting as a surprise. Here is a photo for you xxxx Trace ??

Hi Daina, still working on it. It's on a huge canvas, so is taking a little while. I'm off to radiotherapy for the next 5 weeks, and have to travel 5 hours to get there. Will be staying in Melbourne during the week, and going home on the weekends. Will certainly post the finished painting when I'm done. Cheers, Trace ????

    Hi Daina

    Am enjoying wonderful weather outdoors.

Have been hiking on the forestry roads and trails, close to my home. Lots of scenic views and natural beauty to keep me inspired! This photo of flooded gums and palms is one of my favourite spots.

Am off to Sydney soon to do the Oxfam 100kms. Getting excited!

Happy gardening - spring is in the air!

    Di

PS Have you received my personal messages re editing BCNA support group page? Hope you can help me out.
