Hi Karel, please excuse my delay in replying but I was given a chance to pack a bag and run away to The Great Ocean Road for a few days. So who was I to argue?

I am sending you chemo calming hugs and hope the help it to knock your squatters for six!!!  But seriously wish you did not need them at all xxx.

I totally understand the feeling of isolation. I actually think it is a feeling that will come and go forever. The only thing that makes it ok is that it does not seem to stay for long. I work very hard to not let it. not long after my secondaries diagnosis I decided to write down my feelings in a poem and placed it into my blog. If it can help you and those around you then please share it where ever you need to.

hoping you are in a good place and that your treatment is not knocking you around too much..  Sharon ????????????
