Mouth taste

hi all, hope everyone is well, just thought I would mention, that awful taste you get in our mouth, well I have found that anything sweet actually makes it worse, has anyone else found this as well??? Glynnis xx

    Hi Glynnis, I've only had one dose of FEC, 2&1/2 weeks ago. I haven't noticed any real taste changes, but have had absolutely no desire to eat sweet food. Toast & Vegemite is my friend, lol. Not much help, I know. Hope you're going ok, Lyn

    Hi  Lyn, I doing ok thanks , had 4 rounds AC, just started taxol this week, 11 more of those to go, awful taste been there for a few weeks now but just this last couple week  s really notice sweet stuff sets it off worse, I'm of course a big sweet tooth lol but I'm actually not missing it, because of how the taste is so that's a good point, hope your doing well, Glynnis xx

    Hi during chemo I used to chew gum it was the only thing that helped. I also couldn't eat tinned tuna, it tasted like metal xx
