Hello everyone, well it's been a little while since I've shared - after having a couple of weeks away on leave I have returned to the BCNA team really pulling together during this tricky time (with the office being flooded). It never ceases to amaze me, how strong and resourceful women can be under pressure - I found this clip and thought I'd share it with you all. It is particularly delicious watching the disbelief of the crowd turn to celebration as this woman completes a gruelling obstacle course. You can see the determination on her face, it is fantastic! We are women, hear us roar! X Steph

    Fantastic ! ! It's amazing what we can all do to make a difference, just leave the cape on Girls and watch us all fly in our own ways xxxx
