Hello creative corner, 

Have you ever heard of a decorative form of Japanese embroidery called Sashiko?

This June, BreaCan will be holding a session on Sashiko of which Lea O'Sullivan from the 'Kimono house' will be showing the basics of this hand stitched craft.

Spots can fill up fast, so if you are in the Melbourne area and would like to know more, visit our events page.

I have also included some photos of Sashiko, as they are just so simple and yet very beautiful :-)

Has anyone tried this before?
