Anyone else having trouble with adding members and groups?

Is anyone else having problems being added to groups? I have tried joining the Young Women's group since joining the forum over 30 days ago and had no luck despite multiple attempts. Is this a problem in general for any other users or is it with specific groups?

    Hi:) Your problem has most likely got to do with the new look blog.It has been a real problem for a lot of ladies.It IS improving,but slowly I feel!! Hopefully Daina or Jess will read your post and respond with some helpful advice.Cheers Robyn.xox

    G'day

    If you call BCNA on 1800 500 258 and ask for Daina or Jess they will get on-line and talk you though it - if they are having a problem with the new system they will be able to tell you.

    I have more success when using Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer and I use a desk-top computer.

    Don't give up !

    Sorry to hear of your issues. 

    I am one of the facilitators on the young women group, however not on BCNA much anymore and have passed on my duties back to BCNA. I would pop in occassionally to check requests and my personal messages. But since the site upgrade I dont get notified of requests anymore. However a kind member messaged me on Facebook to let me know of your issues trying to join. They explained the new system to me and I have now added you and many others. 

    I am sooo sooo sorry for the delay. 

    I also run a young womens group on Facebook it is private and only members see posts. Happy to link you into that too if you message me on facebook.

    Thanks everyone and to whoever passed the message on. I'd called and spoke to Daina and Jess several times, and assumed the process may not have been working and not getting the messages as expected (I run a forum so know how this goes). I was starting to feel very isolated so thought I'd post as I assume I am not the only one feeling that way, so a big thanks to everyone who acted/responded and shared.

    Hi sarah, I facilitate the breast reconstruction group. Joining is a bit clunky right now, but hopefully we will see some improvements soon. We need to get used to the new look messages. All the best Louie
