Good evening all,

I firstly wanted to jump in and welcome all the new members who have joined over the past week. I really hope you find connecting and sharing your experiences through the online network helps you through this tough time. If you need some help finding your way around, please just shout or your might find the Frequently Ask Question (FAQ) section or the Network posting guidelines will give you some more information.

For those who have been members of the online network for a few months or even a few years you will be aware we launched the new look website last week, and as you will also know there is still work to do to fix some of the bugs - but we are getting through them as quick as possible.

From tomorrow I will be posting a daily update in our ‘Network news’ group. The updates will include tips on using the new look site and we will also give you updates on fixes to the known issues.

In the mean time, thank you for your patience and if you have any feedback feel free to email us on bcnaonline@bcna.org.au or call during business hours on 1800 500 258.

~ Daina

    Hi Daina

It will be great to get some tips on how to use the new network. I do appreciate all your hard work in trying to get this sorted for us and understand that the intention is to have a better network for all of us. It is good that we will now have a bit more info about what is happening. It is much easier to have faith and patience if we feel part of the loop. Information is power. Many of us have not wanted to bombard you guys with phone calls or emails but as a result have had no information. Successful changes need to be accompanied by good communication. I am sorry but I do think that this (lack of info to the users of the network) not the bugs has been the biggest problem. :) Deanne xxx

I admit to having stayed away, its not easy to work your way around the changes.
