Hi all! I wanted to thank everyone for the great healthy Christmas recipe blogs in this group!
They have really inspired me to try new things with my cooking for christmas this year.

Gosh, christmas! (it always just sneaks up!)

I wanted to share this site I really like with some great (and different!) ideas for Christmas sides and salads. (they all looked so tasty) You can find the Christmas recipies on the taste.com.au website.

I’m going to give this side salad a good crack this Christmas!

Barbecued asparagus with roast capsicum salsa

  •     3 red capsicums, halved, seeded
  •     2 ripe tomatoes, halved, seeded, finely  chopped
  •     1 small red onion, finely chopped
  •     1/4 cup (45g) toasted pine nuts
  •     2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  •     2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  •     6 bunches asparagus, trimmed

Jess x

Here is a pic of my Christmas ice cream cake, strawberry ice cream base, with rocky road and boysenberry scoops and white choc.

I think it is healthy because I don't have to cook. You can all make this at home.

    Cheers
