Where to after cancer?

Having done the cancer 'trip of a lifetime', been through some serious back problems and 2 cataract operations in the last 18 months, I was looking forward to some plain and enjoyable sailing! Instead, I fell in a heap just recently. I think I just wanted my old life and my old body back, which clearly isn't going to happen! I was searching online for some answers to the 'ok, so what now' question, and came across this website. 

The woman who set it up has had breast cancer, and talks about issues including:

  • Are you struggling with feelings of isolation and abandonment?
  • Do you feel no one understands what you're going through?
  • Are you trying to figure out the "new normal?"
  • You are not alone!

I found it all quite reassuring and helpful. Hope you may too. Let me know. Pam xx
