I found the best YouTube video ever!
Who would have thought a 1989 World Aerobics Championship video would be watched by thousands with a Taylor Swift backing track….. Shake it off, Shake it off!
This video is well worth the watch - Maybe even get up and ‘dance like no one's watching’.
