Well said Chris. I know at times it is easy to get frustrated. I have probably been one of those people over the last few weeks. However I am persevering as I really believe in this great site and gained so much from it over the past couple of years.
I like the idea if your "how do I thread". We might be able to help some new(and not so new members) with it.
