Just sad

In the last 3 days I have helped my daughter through the first day of a long-term relationship break-up, found out a friend has secondary breast cancer and heard that another friend is struggling with pain after surgery for cancer.

The hardest thing is knowing that nothing I can do will take away their pain. Just so sad for them. ??

    I hear you have a friend who was given the all clear in december from Bowel cancer told Oops it backs with very short lifespan left she is struggling and it is so hard to have any positive way to help in this situation.  Just keep listening to them and being there when they want you to help.... HUGS
