Constipation

I love liquorice and did actually have some. Peanuts helped alot xxx

If you are a liquorice eater, I would highly recommend a little liquorice each day. I wouldn't usually recommend a particular brand, but I have tried a few different ones and found Darrell Lea the one that works the best for me.

Haha i know. @jmichelle, i worked fulltime at a preschool so now doing nothing. Slept like baby for the first time in weeks.

I am doing ok, @Trikki2, only have had issues with the cramps 're toilet, but goes away reasonably quickly, otherwise getting there, not used to being at home all day, getting bored already lol

Thanks for asking. Well i had 1 round of diarrhoea so ive been lol. Xxx temp  has been 36.5 all week then tonight 37.5 so i worried for a bit but back to 36.5. Xxx

I was bound up for the last fortnight since I got my dog put down. What changed? I used to give him 1ml of Coconut oil in his food daily and while I was at it, I would have 3ml. Went back to taking the daily oil and good as gold. :)
