Constipation
Hey lovelies So im in pain with constipation. Have been eating not so much, lots of water and cereal daily but arrrrgh. What helps you go and relieve this nasty pain? Tia TRIKKI2 xx

I was bound up for the last fortnight since I got my dog put down. What changed? I used to give him 1ml of Coconut oil in his food daily and while I was at it, I would have 3ml. Went back to taking the daily oil and good as gold. :)
