Constipation
Hey lovelies So im in pain with constipation. Have been eating not so much, lots of water and cereal daily but arrrrgh. What helps you go and relieve this nasty pain? Tia TRIKKI2 xx

Thanks for asking. Well i had 1 round of diarrhoea so ive been lol. Xxx temp has been 36.5 all week then tonight 37.5 so i worried for a bit but back to 36.5. Xxx
