The Michael Mosley 8-week blood sugar program is very successful. Healthy, yummy food, and satisfying (though often fiddly to cook, I admit). A group of friends and I did it late in 2016 and lost 10 kg in 8 weeks. But then I put it back on in 2017 because of a long holiday.
