I dropped cheese from my diet some time ago for a number of reasons. I had been drinking low fat milk for years, and Icelandic style Skyr is delicious, but it didn't make sense doing that and tucking into my favourite, a good triple cream Brie! I miss it a bit, but it has helped keep my weight stable. Holidays are easy because I walk more, and come home kilos lighter. What I need is a walking desk!
