Ovaries & Letrozole
I’ve been on letrozole now for about 3 weeks and thought why didn’t they offer to take my ovaries out? Would it be because I’m post menopausal? Hmmm
The Michael Mosley 8-week blood sugar program is very successful. Healthy, yummy food, and satisfying (though often fiddly to cook, I admit). A group of friends and I did it late in 2016 and lost 10 kg in 8 weeks. But then I put it back on in 2017 because of a long holiday. I've been trying to eat in that style (no sugar, low carb, lots of veg and protein) lately to lose weight before surgery, but stress hasn't been helpful with abstaining from the comfort of cheese, wine and chocolate!
