@MKitty68 Yes I think it's a similar concept. The WW ones just have a paper version of the recipe in tbe box I believe and it is pointed as per WW plan. But any food can be eaten on the plan it is doesn't matter where tbe food comes from.
Same as you could use the My fitness Pal or fitbit app to record calories and utlise tbe boxes for new ideas and healthy choices.
It all works really. It's making the lifestyle swap and committing daily that makes it work.
Hello fresh are also not in my area...and also not practical presently for my family size. But I'm sure it would be fantastic for others.
