Am a bit curious however that Letrozole seems to be frontline treatment here. - arpieMemberWow! Thanks for that @Romla That sounds really positive as an alternative to Tamoxifen for post menopausal women. I am personally finding Arimidex easier to take than Letrozole and Exemestane.
Amazing that they are trialling it in the UK as a “preventative” rather than a cure ..... that may save countless women from BC diagnoses in the first place!

In the future, I can imagine a small chemo/AI capsule being made availble to all BC sufferers
