I'm sorry to hear of your diagnosis. Like you, I've also just been diagnosed, I'm 36 and breastfeeding my 4mo and also have a 2yo.
I saw a change in my breast in the mirror 2 weeks ago, I never felt a lump. Yesterday I received my diagnosis of ductal invasive carcinoma, low grade and ER/PR positive. I'll find out my treatment plan next week, but will be surgery and radiation, possibly chemo too. My head is spinning and it all seems so surreal.
Last night I had to take medication to suppress my lactation, so yesterday was my last day of breastfeeding my bubs - was an emotional last feed! Thankfully he accepted formula from my hubby okay this morning.
I don't have much advice, but we'll be going through this together, from opposite sides of the country.
We have definitely got this, and we will be back being us and the mums we want to be!
