@raich - get on to the cording as quickly as you can - a lymphoedema specialist physio will be able to help you with that and give you tips on how to manage it at home. Also make sure that you tell the anaesthetist that you were sick after surgery as they can tweak the drugs. I was shockingly sick with the first one (and the blue dye is pretty freaky coming out that way) but the second one was okay.
