How about "My Breast Cancer Support Group"...you don't have to inform them that it's an online group as the impression I get is that "if it's off the internet, then it's probably a bunch of whackjobs who wouldn't know their arse from their elbow" Somehow the idea of actual people meeting in an actual place, seems to carry more weight with the White Coat Brigade.
