oh dear I have the same problem as you ... never thought of the "ARSE over Tit " statement until you posted above so true just not the same ring to  Arse over Sternum ..... 
So Glad we keep our sense of humour in the midst of the Roller Coaster ride. 

@SoldierCrab...as a result of my peripheral neuropathy and lack of balance I am very wary of falling. I have caught myself stopping short at admonishing myself to be careful and not to fall arse over tit...and then thinking arse over sternum doesn't have quite the same ring to it.

Hope no one takes offence I have a warped sense of humour and for the squeaky toy it would be good to have a different sound in each one ;)

Oh...that would be so much fun!
