AIs , walking , joint pain - small tip
I have extolled the value of walking for me whilst on Letrozole for many reasons not the least being joint pain.Been having a bit of knee pain this week that was lingering , my old sneakers were somewhat worn so bought new shoes and things seem much better. I may have learnt a lesson about the importance of supportive footwear and their impact on my joints too.

- RomlaMember@arpie my mother had dementia. Not all things go though - the Australian Jazz great Don Burrows has it but has not forgotten how to play and it still gives him great joy. There was an Australian story about the care and support Don Burrows receives from James Morrison and his family. Have you seen the wonderful movie The Notebook starring James Garner and Gena Rowlands ? It is however a difficult thing for families .

- arpieMember@Romla .... was Wendy Mitchell on Australian Story some time back? I seem to recall seeing something similar on there?
- RomlaMemberSounds like you had a wonderful time on Norfolk @arpie . There was an article about Wendy Mitchell on tv and I noticed there a few videos on YouTube about her that may be of interest. Her approach to her diagnosis is quite different and her openness I think is important if this disease is to ever be cured. Thinking of you. XO
