Hi. I had a malignant rapidly growing phyllodes left breast only ca 5 years ago. Intial biopsy indicated ca. Wide margin excision didnt get it all. No clear margin so ended up having mastectomy 3 weeks later. I have yearly CT left side focus and mamogram of right. Chat to the breast care nurses too.
