So sorry that you are enduring this experience and please know that you are not alone as this community is so supportive and incredibly kind. When I was diagnosed it came out of the blue. Although I don't have a specific book to recommend, I drew a lot of support from the podcasts recommended and from making time for counselling through The Cancer Council. The sessions were free and the counsellor was excellent. Being a social worker with experience in mental health and counselling, I found their service to be very supportive, kind and compassionate. My breast care nurse was also wonderful. I hope that helps. Kindest regards , Ann
