Like above, I have finished radiation, two weeks ago and now the fatigue is really hitting big time Wasn't expecting that. I thought as I didn't notice as much during chemo..... but then I was at home not doing much and this time I have been at work. Only did two days at work last week and that was far too much so this week as I have scans etc I will absolutely minimize time at work perhaps not at all. My skin was great during radiation thanks to Moogoo but now it is really red and a bit hot, tender and itchy. I'll check with the rad nurse tomorrow after my first scan and get onto that. Body feeling really heavy but I assume that is fatigue. With so many other things around it is hard to know what is normal but then that is what every asks, what is the new normal! Still, I keep reminding myself how incredibly fortunate I have been so far. Two scans this week, blood test and then visit to Oncologist the following week for script for my five year plan and no doubt results of the scans. Gosh this has been a long way since last July when I discovered the world of Breast Cancer. A long way which seems to have been travelled very quickly, in no small way thanks to the wonderful people on this forum. Regards
