I had 20 rounds plus 4 boost.I used a combination of Moo Goo and Calendula Cream .I found the Calendula Cream to be superior The one in the tube is easiest to spread ,It relieved the itching and treated the skin.I had hardly any skin damage .I applied it straight after and a few times a day .
