Caz1, how wonderful to hear from you (but better if neither of us were dealing with this). We might even finish together if there is work needed on the machine over the next few weeks. Like you, I have mild asthma and yes, it is difficult to know if it is left over from chemo, just day to day issues or rads - we live in interesting times.
I have mepitel and I particularly like it when they first put it on just before action stations because it is nice and cool on my surgery scar. Will it make a difference? Like everything we have experienced over the last how many months, no way to really know. We 'just keep swimming' (from Dory from Nemo) which is what I feel like.
I am back at work teaching but because I am still having treatment, the school got a replacement in for this term so that I can transition back to work. I can be there if I can be and not be if I can't. I think the 'I can't' days are coming. But that said, I hope we can both see the light at the end of the tunnel and it definitely is not a train.
