Hi my hair stated to fall out after second chemo, it was falling out in clumps. I went to the hairdresser where I brought my wig and she cut it. My head did get infected and was very sore for a couple of days I did cry and found it very confronting but I got over that quickly as there were other things going on. You decide when you are ready, good luck with your chemoxx
