Has anyone had bad headaches from Radiation? I started having them as soon as I started radiation and they still continue weeks after radiation has ceased. I have even had stabbing pins and needle pains in my face. I have had a CT scan and all is OK. I am waiting on a MRI scan to be booked. I have been to the dentist for a check up in case teeth are the problem. Panadol has been useless, may as well have had jelly beans. Oncologist given me script for endone now for the pain. Some days I am in bed for most of the day due to the pain.
I have had migraines before and this is different. Migraines make me vomit. Here the headache is just there.
One wise lady here suggested it may be Neuralgia. I will bring this up with GP and Oncologist when I see them next week. I was just starting to get a bit of energy back after radiation treatment finished and burns healed. Trying to put one foot in front of the other and feeling a little deflated.
