Thank Louise. It's so hard to emotionally prepare so the pill takes all that angst away and I can now focus on the breath and it works. YayLouise64 said:@JMC26 I had no idea what I was in for . This group is a godsend. It’s so draining and expectations never seem to be quite right. I use to practice breathing at night as I get anxiety.
