Glad to report that vertigo almost gone, I have little bits of it when I overdo it.
The osteopathic treatments started to shift it. But what really shifted it was an acupuncture treatment. My acupuncturist focused on spleen points, it really helped.
You might not be able to change your plans, but I suggest if it's possible to stay near where you are being treated, ( for radio) it zaps your energy so much. Most hospitals have accommodation which is subsidised.
