Can anyone fully inform me on what I can expect if I decide to have radiation on the life side and the possible compromisation of the lungs and heart.

Thank you for your comprehensive response, by the way there seems to be a shift toward a three week plus booster course of radiation, being as beneficial as the 5-7 week course. Do you have an opinion on that?
