I found this article today when a friend suggested my current shoulder injury could have been caused by my radiation treatment some years ago. Interesting! How did I not know about this? I don’t recall any of my specialists mentioning it was a risk. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4056465/
Maybe if I had known I would have done more gentle exercise instead of weight training? I’m recovering from shoulder surgery. I’ve detached 3 tendons and could not understand why as I haven’t had a fall/accident, it just happened.
