I am SO sorry to hear your skin/nipple is breaking down - I was really lucky & didn't have much burning.
I hope some of the others may be able to help you with more practical advice ... My Rads nurse suggested putting some saline water in the fridge, soaking a bit of 'kitchen towell' in it & pop that over the boob, as it has a nice cooling effect and the salt in the water is a natural healer ..... but perhaps check with your rads nurse first, before trying it!
All the best - I hope it starts healing soon. The 'heat' from the rads will 'continue' for up to a month even after the treatment has finished ..... so this may be one to use after any wounds have healed xx
