@Anne65 I am thinking of you and do hope and pray for a negative result. Thank you for the info on the Mepitel...had not heard of it so will bring it up tomorrow on my 8th rad. So far the moogoo has been good but tonight I see a faint redness, nothing major but have 23 more rads to go! My sister turned 50 last year and got the letter to have a mammogram. Her gp also suggested it due to my cancer but she isn't going to do it. Mum didn't and neither did her mum. She hasn't been involved in any of my treatment so I don't think seeing the process at first hand has frightened here. More she just says she can't deal with it if she got it. I said it was probably unlikely but I would be there if she needed me but no go. I guess I can only show her that it is possible to deal with it and hope that she sees that and maybe changes her mind. But I guess you can't impose your thoughts onto others. I do say to friends or strangers when they ask about my cancer that I would advise having a mammogram as early detection is great. Xxxhugs
