Pulmonary Embolism
Hi all, has anyone had pulmonary embolisms post chemo? How long did the tiredness continue? I have had 3 small emboli in the week after my last AC treatment. thanks

Hello!
I had PEs after AC during Paclitaxel back in May. My doctors advised it to be a side effect of chemo and/or my portacath.
I was on clexane for a month (until end of my chemo) and then switched to rivaroxaban. I had a lung CT done around the end of July and the PEs had cleared up.
Unfortunately I'm tired from a multitude of things so can't say when the PE fatigue cleared. I did notice the shortness of breath cleared a couple of weeks after starting the clexane.
