Post chemo hair fall out

is it normal for your hair to grow back after chemo, and then fall out a few months later? Everything was growing back all strong - I had a full set of eyebrows, eyelashes and general hai...

i used to have thick eyelashes too, they grew back super thin and then slowly fell out. I wore mascara in celebration when they returned , but obviously they didn't like it :(
Hair on my head is falling out a bit but I used to get that sometimes pre chemo (w stress), so it's hard to tell.
ill just have to be more patient ! Good to know they will grow back
