@Glemmis Yeah they dont tell you everything do they?? I have more trouble from treatment than I do from BC hahaha!!! crazy hey? An exercise physiologist is fantastic and they know how all the muscles work its amazing!!! and how to stretch, I really have found it has helped heaps! x
