Pain 2 years after Treatment - Possible damage from Radiotheapy

Is it possible it is scar tissue? That can tighten and pull on things. My Mum developed a bowel obstruction some 20 years after abdo surgery from it. My sister had horrid back pain and bladder issues that improved after the adhesions from old surgery were resected. Just a thought. Worth a discussion. Kath x
