Hair loss
oooh my dear my hair start to fall in shower , i feel sore ,itch on my head just 2 weeks ago on 1 st chemo , it uncomfortable itches on head , my hair on my hand ,

Yes your head does get very sore and irritated as the hair starts to fall out. Shaving it does help to reduce the discomfit and mess.
Getting a scarf or headcover would be a good idea. I am finding it too hot now to wear anything on my head except when I go out. I wear a wig then. I got my headcovers from the Cancer Council on line and also some from Headcovers.com. If you can get to one of the Look Good Feel Better workshops they have great sources of different wigs and headcovers.
