Hair Growing Back
Hi All,
I am on my last paclitaxel chemo next week and staring to look beyond the chemo bad ass.
I am just completing 8 courses of dose dense chemo - 4 xAC, 4x Paclitaxel and am wondering how long it took for others to grow their hair back. I know this is assuming it has grown back sufficiently, as some women are unlucky with hair regrowth.
Just hoping you can share you experiences of when your hair grew back enough to actually feel like you had enough to do something with and any changes in your hair regrowth from before chemo.

I have been keeping an eye out for sideburns but nothing as yet. I look like a turnip at the moment that's been too long in storage. - @JJ70 the lady garden or the sideburns ;)
- I waxed it. Couldn't by handle it.
- Oh dear @kmakm. I just happened yesterday to notice mine this morning in the light. Hop no one else has. Bad enough hubby told me this morning the lady garden looked like a porcupine :D
- @"Kiwi Angel" I'm not happy with mine. It's thicker and darker on the left than the right. I'm trying to be patient, but I'm not sure how much longer I can deal...
- Just noticed some very light, soft downy hair sideburns!! Glad u have to be in the right light to see it and hopefully it stays light and then disappears like it has for some of u

- Learning how to use hair modeling paste for the first time in my life so that my hair doesn't look like I've put a finger in the nearest electrical powerpoint. Smooth comb-over look is being perfected!
- @JJ70 my hair is growing back so quickly - I have lots of head hair thanks to the cold cap and even though my eyebrows thin red for a couple of weeks they seemed to grow back overnight. Lady garden is growing so quickly and darker than it used to be. Got out of the shower this morning and hubby looked at it and told me it looked like I had thrown a ton of seed on it and it had all just sprouted. :/
- Oh soon you'll have it all @"Kiwi Angel". I did hate not having lashes the most!
