Oh, hell... What a thing to say. Good thing the comment was overheard and the new receptionist can be advised on what is best not commented on. I've had some interesting moments this week with students coming in and commenting on my new hairstyle (wig) and one asking me if I'd had a nice holiday. Gotta love 'em - all boys and no doubt thinking that they're doing the right thing and noticing a haircut and colour!
