Some excellent advice there @JJ70, thank you. I have no idea how to track down a good cosmetic tatooist, I might start with my breastcare nurse.
I did raise with my breast surgeon yesterday my eyelashes being ripped out by the tape applied to my eyes in the operation. He paid attention and said he'd look into it. I hope he does. It's a little thing but it'd be easy to considerate on this front.
