First cycle of Paclitaxel dose dense

Ask what can be done to reduce this, for example ice treatment, if it still effective with a third dose. PN may be mild and mainly irritating, clearing up after chemo is finished, but it can be more severe and longer lasting so keep an eye on it. Best wishes.
