It is big stuff indeed and I struggled because I'm a natural preventative girl fist so my head space wasn't accepting at first, but we all do what we can, I focus on nourishing my body as much as I can now with my circumstances and we are all different on many levels, it's doing what we need for ourselves, no right or wrong just being happy with our own choices is half the battle
