Day 20 of 30 Radiation
Hi just wanted to give an update . So far I am still managing a couple of 7kms runs a week using Bodyglide all over my breast and underarm then putting on a soft cotton crop then two heavy duty wire free sports bras (sounds excessive but its working no movent or damage to tender red skin). I have also gotten back into hot flow yoga which is great and cycling if not to tired on weekend up to 60kms.
The panic attacks are still trying to win , which i know is so ridiculous but i am trying Rescue remedy spray, kwells and wiggling my toes and saying awesome stuff to myself.
My routine for skin care has been as soon as out of radiation go into cubicle spray my whole targeted area with La Roche-Posay Thermal spring water and face if overwhelmed, whilst that is settling i sip on some cold water then lather up the area with the excma moogoo. At night i use a Loccitane 48hr almond creme then put my soooo sexy compression singlet on to sleep in. I also spray myself with the thermal water a few times a day depending on what i have done i.e after a run while stretching . I currently have a definite red square on me and slight itching mainly the nipple but no blisters yet thankfully . Not sure if any of this will help anyone but for me personally I have found little information on big breasted 14E women being able to continue running (after seroma drained) ,motion sickness (although i did find info women effected on the .org ste) , panic attacks (especially when you have never had one in your life) and products to use that are not laced with parabens and petroleum.
