Wow I feel good with myself if I do 1/2 walk with a couple of sprints thrown in for good measure let alone the amount of exercise you fit in in one week!!! Congratulations that's a huge effort.
Just thought I would recommend yoga for your panic attacks. Many many years ago I used to be very stressed and would vomit for hours on end during the first day of my period. My doctor recommended yoga and while I laughed I didn't have anything to lose by trying it.
To cut a long story short my yoga relaxed me and got me in tune with my body to the extent that I recognised stress symptoms before they grew unmanageable and have never vomited from stress again. Pretty cool and all without any meds.
I do like the saying awesome stuff to yourself - that's excellent.
